Google Fusion and a Network Graph


Another exciting journey in my adventure with the Digital Humanities. In the chart above you can see a group of interconnected nodes that might seem like a bunch of names, dots, and numbers, but as per usualĀ , there is a meaning behind it all.

In the interactive chart that you see above, the relationship between the names of recipients and the form of help each recipient received is represented by nodes and connecting arrows. Using Google Fusion, I can create a network graph to create a visualization of these relationships. Below, I created another chart that shows a network that represents the the givers and the form of help that those people gave.
